Primary Care of Union

When making an appointment please inform the staff member if you have any COVID symptoms so that we can instruct you once you arrive to our location. They can determine if you will need a COVID test or not and get it scheduled for you.

We ask that you always wear a mask or facial covering while you are in our facility. This includes the time you are in the exam room and waiting room. We ask that you come to your appointment alone unless assistance is needed. If assistance is needed, then please only bring one person with you and make sure that they have a mask of facial covering as well. We also offer Telehealth appointments if you are not comfortable with coming into the office.
